Launched in 2012 by Shane Vander Hart, 4:15 Communications, LLC provides public relations, communications, social media, and website/SEO consulting, development and management services for small businesses, churches, non-profit groups, political organizations, companies, as well as, advocacy or political campaigns.
Our founder, Shane Vander Hart, had 20-years of non-profit experience that included work with churches, non-public schools, and a youth-serving agency before launching 4:15 Communications in 2012. In that time and beyond Shane gained experience with content creation, website development, social media management, and public relations.
Shane also founded in 2006 Caffeinated Thoughts, a multi-contributor site that provides “stimulating Christian & conservative news and commentary” on culture, current events, faith, and politics where he wrote on a daily basis until ending publication in 2022. Shane was also the editor of Truth in American Education, an education policy website. He also launched The Iowa Torch, a news site about Iowa politics in 2020 and ran it until 2024. Shane has also contributed to The Des Moines Register, POLITICO, The Hill, Daily Caller, and Fox News.
